Quiet and safe neighborhood, quiet road with little traffic.

Access
Garage is off limits, otherwise you’re welcome to use the whole home! Parking is free on the street in front of the house and in the driveway! Enter through front door with smart lock.
Please tidy up after yourselves before leaving/checking out:
– No need to make the beds.
– Put dirty towels in the bath tub.
– Load and start dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
– Clean up after your pets – please do not leave any ‘land mines’ in the yard or an additional fee of $25 will be charged to clean up.
– Trash day is Wednesday night for pickup on Thursday (Recycling picks up at 8am sharp, trash usually later in the afternoon)

• I do not charge a pet deposit, so please understand that any damage caused by the pet will be charged to you upon discovery.
• If excessive amounts of pet hair or accidents are found after check out, you may be charged $50 for additional cleaning. Note that you are responsible for cleaning up any dog poop in the yards – bags, poop scooper and a disposal bin are provided to make this easier.
