General Information:
The space is located in a large home with two apartments. The basement apartment is occupied with a completely separate entrance and the laundry room is a shared space in the basement, although that is locked off from the rental as well to create privacy and security.
The garage is shared with one designated parking spot for our guest, more than one vehicle must park on the street (free parking with periodic street sweeping).
The home is located near a busy road and route 70 which is the main highway that takes you to the mountains, skiing, hiking, etc and also straight to downtown Denver. We a also located near the Lohi neighborhood which has many great restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Interior:
The rental is two levels (the main ground level and the second floor level).
Ground level: 2 bedrooms (King and Queen), Bathroom (with shower/no tub), living room, and kitchen. You have access to the exterior on this ground level.
Upper Level: Kids play room (adult supervision only), 3 twin beds, Large projector screen and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth projector for streaming.
Kitchen: toaster, water filter, waffle machine, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, baking sheets, cups/bowls/plates, cooking and eating utensils.
Bathroom: Soaps and towels provided.
Bedrooms: 100% cotton sheets only. Memory foam beds.
The home has central AC and radiator heating.
Washer and dryer are free.
There is a camera on our front door.

The home is located near a busy road near i70. We are just minutes from some of the best Denver has to offer and cheap uber rides around the city. i70 will bring you straight to golden and into the mountains for more adventures.
