Living room includes 2 sofas (one with a queen sized pull out bed) and large TV with cable and streaming services.
Bathroom includes plenty of storage space and a large walk in shower.
Washer and Dryer are included in the unit.
Our home is a 15 minute walk to the very heart of Downtown Golden, a 2 min walk to Natural Grocers food store, 2 minute walk to bonfire burritos, and a 14 minute walk to the school of mines.
Enjoy a real Western Colorado experience without leaving Golden. Golden is a quaint mountain town with lots of shopping, great restaurants, Coors brewery, rafting, fishing, and hiking.
