Space
Maximum capacity is 8 guests, but the house sleeps 10 comfortably with a queen air mattress and two trundle beds in the “playroom”/mudroom on the lower level. Denver Quiet hours are 10 pm – 6 am, so please limit use of the hot tub, garage, and fire pit to prior to 10 pm. If we receive a complaint or the cops get called after 10pm we will withhold your security deposit.
The lower level has two traditional bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and en suite bath, 1 with 2 twin beds, a living space, laundry area and a playroom/mudroom with queen air mattress in the closet. The upper level has a kitchen, eating area, living room, full bath, and two bedrooms each with a queen size bed.
If you spend a lot of time in the kitchen then you will feel right at home in this beautiful white kitchen with stone countertops and small eating area. There are newly upgraded appliances as well as many essentials including a K-cup coffee machine, a huge array of seasonings, dinnerware and cooking utensils. Our dining table seats 3 but extends very easily to seat 6-8 people.
The Living Room: The living room has a modern feel, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light.
The Game Room: The game room is a converted 2 car garage complete with its own heater, a ping pong table, sitting area, and an air hockey table.
The TV Room: Located on the lower level with comfy deep couch and chair and Fire TV so you can access any of your streaming services easily.
The Bathrooms: There is one full bathroom on each floor of this house. The full bath in the lower level is an en suite for the bedroom with a king bed. The upstairs full bath is attached to the hallway with easy access from each bedroom.
The Bedrooms: There are a total of 5 beds (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin) distributed amongst the 4 “true” bedrooms. There is also an inflatable queen mattress in the playroom (or optional 5th bedroom — which is also somewhat of a mudroom with entrance to the garage game area). There is also a desk and office chair in one of the upper bedrooms that has a queen bed in it.
Dogs are allowed for an additional $150 per two dogs (this includes the fee for the additional cleaning and time prepping for our next guest to ensure a pet free environment).
Please clean up after your pets, any damages or pet waste left behind and you will be charged.
