One of the most unique and delightful features of the neighborhood is the local goat farm just down the road. We respect our neighbors and properties. If we receive a call from neighbors, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home YOU WILL BE CHARGED an $800 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS.
