Neighborhood
Neighborhood is an amazing, quiet, and quickly growing gem that has of late seen a large influx of young families moving in due to its close proximity to the city (5 minutes). We have easy access to highways to get to the mountains and other parts of the city quickly and we are also very close to many of Denver’s hot neighborhood for amazing food, drinks, and shopping. I live here and personally plan to never leave!

Renovated home close to Denver and the mountains. We have local coffee shops, restaurants near by and easy access to the highway just 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort ,15 minutes to Red Rocks, and less than 5 minutes to Denver’s hot neighborhoods.
Entire home is yours including a large fenced in yard with a propane fire pit and 8 person outdoor dining set plus comfortable outdoor couches.

Washer and dryer with detergent provided
We pride ourselves on sourcing and providing biodegradable and eco-friendly products whenever possible including soaps, detergents, bags, and organic coffee options.
We provide everybody’s brand body wash and sulfate/paraben free shampoo and conditioner.
All of our sheets are 100% bamboo and okeo-tek certified.
Lots of seating for everyone in the living room with a huge sectional couch, large tv and a Roku.
Master bedroom with king memory foam mattress (medium firm) and attached bathroom.
2nd bedroom: Memory foam queen bed
3rd bedroom: 2 hybrid twin mattresses
2nd Full bathroom with bathtub.
Bonus front read leads to the patio with beautiful sliding glass doors.
Large backyard with propane fire pit and large dining set.
Lots of outdoor and indoor games

** we live in a quiet neighborhood right outside of Denver and we respect our neighbors. If we receive a call from them, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home we will charge a $800 fine-NO EXCEPTIONS.
