Some noise is possible should both units be occupied.
Please note, the thermostat is controlled by the upstairs unit. Additional heaters and fans are available in the unit, but ground units in Colorado tend to stay nice and cool.
ADDITIONAL PET NOTICE: AT NO POINT… is more than 1-dog allowed on the property at any time (in total / not by unit). Please speak with the property manager to see inquire about availability. You may be asked to disclose pet records, breed, and size. There is a additional non-refundable pet deposit. Owners are required to pick-up poops prior to departure. No cats.
Both units are able to be rented at 1 house/property. Please reach out for availability. Only 1 dog allowed on the property in total.
Parties & other large events are prohibited by owner.
Baby utensils, high chair and Pack-n-Play are available for little ones at all Namastay properties.
Yard and Patio may be shared between units
FINAL NOTE:
We respect our neighbors and properties. If we receive a call from neighbors, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home YOU WILL BE CHARGED an $800 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS. We take great care in maintaining our home for guest and want the home to be enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
