The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is conveniently close to many trendy areas with great restaurants and bars including trendy Tennyson Street (just a 5-minute drive) in Berkeley, Highlands, Sloan’s Lake, Olde Town Arvada, and Downtown Denver.
Wheat Ridge is located on the western edge of Denver in an ideal central location to allow you to live like a local and experience all of the amazing destinations that Colorado has to offer. Easy access to I-70 for adventures to the West like the Rocky Mountains for hiking/skiing, visiting Golden or Boulder, or seeing a Red Rocks concert.

The desert boho interior aesthetic is inspired by the arid vibe and laid-back attitude of the American Southwest, with an appreciation for minimalism and subdued earthy and neutral nature-inspired color palettes like terracotta, rust, clay, and sand.
Enjoy the full use of the entire home, driveway, and backyard. We’ve aimed to provide thoughtfully designed spaces, a well-appointed kitchen, and amenities that make you feel at home.
The home has 2 levels with separate living rooms so guests can spread out.
On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) & 2 bathrooms and downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (2 queens) & 1 bathroom with a 2nd living room and kitchenette (3 showers in all). There are two pullout sofas in the basement, plus another in the detached flex space.
Parking is never a problem with plenty of space in the driveway for multiple vehicles.

The home boasts 5 separate bedrooms with 8 beds in total. Many beds are equipped with 1-2 Tempurpedic pillows.
