No AC but there is an attic fan/swamp cooler that significantly cools the home. Please note, the bedrooms all have ceiling fans.

ADDITIONAL PET NOTICE: Dogs must be approved. You may be asked to disclose pet records, breed, and size. There is a additional non-refundable pet deposit. Owners are required to pick-up poops prior to departure. No cats.

We respect our neighbors and properties. If we receive a call from neighbors, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home YOU WILL BE CHARGED an $800 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS.
