Nice neighborhood to walk your dog and very close to the entrance of the Cherry creek trail- perfect for riding bikes, strolling with your family, and picnics along the River.

Parking is a breeze with a carport and two driveways. One driveway will fit one car, the other will fit two and then off-street parking is free.
Space
Queen air mattress and additional bedding for set up in dining room available upon request to sleep 8, additional charge of $25 per person over 6. Walk into the open concept kitchen and living space perfect for family gatherings with lots of counterspace and a fully stocked kitchen to make you feel at home while on vacation. Step down out of the kitchen into the spacious dining room equipped with an 8 person dining set that opens up onto the back patio where you can grill out during the warm summer months.
Our home has one full bath with a tub for soaking and a half bath for additional use. Bedrooms include: 2 twin beds, Master bedroom with king bed, and a third petite bedroom off the dining area (bedroom 3 contains a closet with the laundry facilities inside it) and next to the half bath featuring a queen bed.
On top of this beautifully designed interior space we have included a heated game room in the garage that you can enjoy all year round.
