Golden is a small city at the very foothills of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. Hiking, mountain biking, and road biking opportunities abound. Golden has a great selection of breweries and dining options. The views from town in every direction are great. Downtown Denver is a quick twenty minute drive. Red Rocks Amphitheater is also a quick car ride away. This row home is located in the middle of many of the best things Colorado has to offer.

Hike from the doorstep, take a quick drive or ride to Red Rocks for a show. Walk 5 minutes to the Coors Brewery for a tour or to downtown Golden to enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants. Experience the thrill of white water rafting on a quick 20 minute drive up Clear Creek Canyon. Completed in 2018, and recently furnished with modern and comfortable furnishing.

Transit
Guests can access great hiking from the doorstep of the townhome. Downtown Golden is a an easy five minute walk. A Safeway grocery store is literally across the street. Walking can access much of what Golden has to offer. Otherwise a car will be best to get around. Luckily the townhome has a private one-car garage attached to the unit.
Notes
A full grocery store is located across the street from the townhome. One block further to the north, guests will find a liquor store and a local cheese shop that also offers delicious sandwiches, perfect to bring back and enjoy on the rooftop or pack for a hike.
