The majority of weekly rentals commence at 3 pm on the first day of your holiday and end at 11 am on the day of departure unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. 

This ensures that the owner or owners’ caretaker has time to prepare the property for incoming guests.Your cooperation in this matter will contribute towards a trouble-free changeover. 

If you have not left the property by the time specified, you will be charged for an additional day’s rental which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Yes, all of our homes are owned by private individuals.

Our prices are up to 15% cheaper on our direct booking website compared to Airbnb and other booking platforms.

All of our rentals include paper products, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent (where a washer is included), garbage bags, and cleaning equipment and supplies. 

All our properties have fully-equipped kitchens including pots and pans, glassware and cutlery sufficient for the number of guests the cottage will accommodate. 

All linens and towels are also supplied. Check the individual listing for a list of amenities and small appliances.

We offer pet friendly rentals.

We will hold a credit card number in lieu of a damage deposit. Damage not reported to us; caused by pets, or additional cleaning that is required to return a home to an ‘as found’ condition will be charged to the credit card in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Rental. The occasional accident is bound to happen and any losses or damages during your holiday must be paid for, please do your best to leave the home in the condition you found it.

Before you arrive, your rental will have been cleaned, the inventory checked and any missing items noted or replaced. If you find any deficiencies or damages on arrival which have not been noted please let the host know within the first 24 hours of your stay. Any costs to repair or replace items caused by damage that is beyond what we consider normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.

Yes, all the properties come with reliable broadband wifi that is free to use. All the homes have a dedicated workstation as well!

Of course, we provide all the things that make a house a home. You’ll find all the bathrooms are stocked with vegan cruelty free, sulfate, phosphate and paraben free shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. 

The toilet paper is bamboo and helps protect animal habitats along with The World Land Trust!

We provide our guests with a 24/7 emergency line.

All of our homes offer contact free check in and out. You will be told the code for the door when you make your final payment.

Our cancellation policies vary based on home, time of year, and extenuating circumstances and are evaluated case by case basis.

Snow melts quickly here in Colorado with it snowing one day and being 70 and sunny the next. That being said we expect the snow to melt quickly and we only shovel anything over 2 inches. We have a shovel by the front door during the winter months for your use as well as a bag of salt.

During the spring and summer, we will have someone at the home mowing, this could happen during your stay. Please do not be alarmed.
